Our History

Founded in 2016 by a group of passionate Maharashtra cultural enthusiasts, Shivswarup DholTasha & Dhwaj Pathak began as a humble gathering of 20 individuals who shared a deep love for the thunderous beats of dhol-tasha.
Inspired by the valor and cultural patronage of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, our founders envisioned a platform where Maharashtra's youth could connect with their roots, develop discipline through music, and celebrate their heritage with pride.
Over 10 years, we have grown from a small neighborhood group to a 250+ member strong cultural organization, recognized at state and national levels for our contribution to Maharashtra's musical and cultural traditions.
